A Tiny Garden in NE Wales

Cholmondeley Castle

Before you know what, we used to travel to Plant Hunter Fairs. A collection of small nurseries and growers, artisans with a gardening theme etc would ply their produce and wares for us to buy, take home and hopefully not kill. We've missed going to them as they are usually held in some stunning places that we'd never normally get to visit.
Plant Hunter Fairs are back. We went to one at Whittington Castle a few weeks back. One of the smaller ones. Today was one of the larger ones held at the magnificent Cholmondeley Castle. How the heck is that pronounced I hear you cry ... its Chumley.
Glorious weather and a fine set of plants bought;
Came home with two scented pelargonium 'Attar of Rose' and 'Prince of Orange' plus a strawberry mint, rosemary, an achillea, Alpine anemone and dwarf fern. A relaxing day out
