Normans Bay

After work, we both wanted to get out of the house for a little while. R still has a faint positive line when testing, and still feels under the weather, so she hit upon the idea of a sea swim. We drove to Normans Bay, where we had been before. However this time the tide was out and walking into the sea took us through what felt like mud under foot. We did not enjoy the experience and eventually gave up without making it for an actual swim. We will perhaps try a different beach next time.
