Abstract Thursday - Twist & Turns

When I saw the topic for this weeks abstract challenge I automatically thought of our giant filbert bush. However, when it came to photographing that's when the difficulties arose. Now it is covered with leaves so you have to photograph inside the bush too see its twists and turns so it is very difficult to isolate a particularly twisty branch. In the end I resorted to putting large size envelope in the bush to simplify the background. It was not a very good choice of background colour so I eventually removed the background in Photoshop. and added a more sympathetic one..All in all it ended up being one of the more difficult challenges
