Odd one out

On my walk at lunch realised there are very few flowers on the lanes and in the fields. It's that in between time where green has taken over. This red leaf was pretty much the only colour about. 
Out at a nursery this afternoon which was a pleasant change, much cooler, a little respite before the country has its extreme heat.
