Pool time

It was J’s birthday today, so we managed a bit of a lie in and then took the dog to a field for a run. It’s a large fenced in place with a bit of water for the dogs to splash about. They had a great time running around after float toys in and out of the water, good it’s there as its hot down south. Came back and noticed Darwin was licking his paw after lunch, had a quick look and he seemed to have damaged his claw. A trip to the local vet to register both of them and £80 later they confirmed he had ripped off one of his claws. They removed the bit that was left on the bottom and gave him some antibiotics. The rest of the family came around for a birthday diner for J in the evening.
