If you've got an itch, scratch it

Day one of the mozzie bites. Don't they look gorgeous! I don't know if you have ever been bitten on the ball of your foot, but I can't descibe how itchy that is and how difficult it is to scratch!

My legs are begining to swell and I know at this point that the skirts and dresses I have bought with me are about to be consigned to the suitcase in favour of trousers only. All the waiting staff give me sympathetic looks and an extra slug of rum in my cocktail!
