Blue Monk

Today's morning run was a circular route - through the Meadows to St Leonards Street, down the Pleasance and up St Mary's Street past the climbing 'blue monk' above The Waverley pub.  I've tried and failed to find any info on the origins of the 'blue monk' which has been there for a few years.  I say monk but it could be a man or a woman?  My route then took me to Jeffrey Street, Waverley Bridges and back along Princes Street.

We had another 'summit meeting' in the afternoon to discuss the courtyard bed 8 plan.  We're getting there!
