‘The Young Crow leaves the Nest’

Spotted this rather confused looking youngster standing by the steps as we were going down from Marine Drive to Edinburgh parkrun this morning. 

All alone, he (or she) looked a bit disoriented and lost in its new surroundings, so much so that I was able to get up close with the iPhone for today’s blip. 

Hopefully, the young crow’s parents were not far away and keeping a discreet watch out!
