Mizen Head

Again,  no signal to post a blip, but we have had another splendid day in Ireland. We camped overnight at the Marconi museum site at Mizen Head, along with several other vans. This morning we visited the museum which gave rise to some amazing historical details and incredible landscape formations.  Put this place on your bucket list.  We met several people from the States all members of the American Lighthouse Association on a 3 week tour visiting Irish Lighthouses - I didn't know there were that many!!

We crossed over the mountains on a surprisingly good road, trailing a group of cyclists.  All good humoured and we were cheering them on their way.

Another wild camp by a lake - superb views. There are so few 'sites' here that wild camping is the only option. We charge up electrical kit while we're driving and have to be prepared for no Internet. All is good.
