Done... Bring on 2023...

This wasn't Ruben's race... He's had a very interrupted training program leading up to this event... One of the runners who has been training with WATTS Athletics with Ruben was just in the final kms as well, so he chatted with Ruben and they managed to pick up the pace a little to complete the half marathon in a not too shabby time, but Ruben was in the pain cave today that's for sure, he dug deep and grinded those last kms out...
This week he has to switch back to speed for the 800m, 1500m and the 3km in the District Track and Field, not liking his chances of making it to Regionals but all he can do is try his best...
