Hot weather!

One of the oh-so-obvious pieces of advice to keep the house cool in this weather is to keep curtains closed against the sun.

This photo is showing my ‘blackout’ curtains not blacking everything out! The pattern is caused by my Venetian blinds behind the curtain.

My living room has large south facing windows and despite the curtains, and ceiling fan, it’s still too hot!
