Patrick...

It's been hot again today, 30°C in the shadiest part of the garden. Patrick has spent most of the day laying in the shade on what's left of the lawn. This dry weather really has burned off the grass.

Last evening Patrick, blind as he is climbed out of the bedroom window onto the ledge outside, and trying to turn around to get back he fell from the first floor. Amazingly, he just got up and walked off as if nothing had happened. Fortunately it's grass (also burned off) under the window.

We went to church at Horseheath this morning but not done much this afternoon choosing to keep out of the sun.
