Not a day for bunching up

Severe weather warning from the Met Office today.

I'm staying at home all day with the hamster and the aircon.

I think broad beans in their jackets are very beautiful, but even shelled that taste awful. Even Jacob doesn't like them.

It was only when I arrived in London that I realised you had to blanch them and remove the outer skin.
