Early Morning Bee

I almost used a photo of my weather station which showed the garden temperature as 37C in the shade mid-afternoon today. However, I'm guessing that might be exceeded tomorrow, so might use that idea then.

The wise went outdoors early in the morning today. This Buff-Tailed Bee was around at 6.30am but the day was quick to heat up amd there were few signs of life by mid morning.
