On the beach

After a day in a lovely airconned car, and a dog in a cool-coat, we're back in the North East.

Near Low Newton by the Sea.

Once we'd unpacked the car, and settled in to the smallest but quaintest cottage, a late walk on the beach with the dog was needed.

Lovely breeze, refreshing sea, and...we're on holiday.

A holiday with no kids, they have grown up and are off elsewhere. Feels like a milestone, a moment.
