Early morning swim

Finally got my act together to get down to the beach for an early swim - the water was lovely!
Unfortunately the beach wasn’t, as I arrived before the litter picker. I really do dislike the day trippers who just abandon stuff on the beach. In addition to the mostly chip supper related litter there were towels, shoes, toys and used tampons! There will have been lots more washed away on the tide. It’s horrible and I wish they would catch and fine the culprits. One of my fellow swimmers was muttering about bringing back the death penalty!
