Tiny Tuesday - Cactus Macro

Having done a minimalist macro version of an anemone head to other day I felt I ought to challenge myself a bit further and take a macro shot that is quite hard to photograph because the elements vary in distance from the camera. I chose to do this using the auto focus bracketing of the Fuji xt3. There must have been a distance of 6 or 7 cms between the foreground and background leaves of the cactus. Unfortunately I had forgotten that the xt3 works from the closest element to 'infinity' in focus bracketing and the camera was merrily taking 250 shots, I shut it off around the 85 shot mark and finally imported 65 images to do my focus stack in Photoshop.
