Evening over the allotment

A heavy sky that threatens a storm, but has only delivered a few drops of rain so far.

It has been a very hot day for this country and records have been broken all over the place. My polytunnel made it to 51.2⁰C and a lot of the plants on the plot have struggled. However I'm grateful that we had made it through the day having seen news stories of fires, some not far from here.
