Alfresco with Friends

I prepared Salad Niçoise for dinner on the patio with friends. I brined tuna overnight and cooked it sous vide. I served it with the usual complement of Nicoise ingredients. It was tasty on a warm evening. 

As someone with a sweet tooth, I particularly enjoyed the lemon ice cream I made for dessert.

The weather here has been warm, although nothing like the terrible heatwave occurring in the UK right now.
