Damp

Nature took the hint and sprayed a bit of water around this morning, not good for the onset of cabin fever but good for a bit of damp garden blipping. Another 'shrub with no name'....just coming into flower, in a week of so it'll be a mass of flowers that almost cover the dark green, silver furred leaves, it seems to thrive in the salty winds at the coast.....any idea what it's called anyone?
