Long arms

It was a bit harder than usual motivating myself to run this morning after the hear left me.sleep deprived.

Being by the river was restorative.  

The lock keeper was opening the canal gate as I ran by, I grabbed a big pile of litter,.there were.dogs, swimmers, an oyster catcher and yarn bombing.

The day just got warmer and warmer.
