Embryonic grapes?

A couple of weeks ago, I got rather excited when I noticed that there was a new kind of growth on our outdoor grape vine which we planted two years ago. It has a lot of vigorous leaf growth but now it has has what I think are flower buds which look like miniature bunches of grapes. With the heat of the sun today, some of these tiny buds have burst open. I wonder what will happen next?
