Mowbray park.

The park is suffering from the heat. If you look behind the bowl of begonias the lobelia is nearly dead. The guys were watering while we were there and they are managing to keep the jubilee bed looking good still. 
I wish it would rain. At least it was a bit cooler today. 
We couldn't identify what type of tree this is. The fruit are the size of plums at the moment but rounder with a less smooth skin. 
Plantsnap suggests it is a walnut. I have only ever seen these in Spain and not this close up. If anyone can confirm or refute that thought I would appreciate it.
