The Lozarithm Lens

Diary Blip (Wednesday 20th July 2022)

Woody Wednesday went well today with Refna putting in three hours on multiple tasks and filling several dustbins of green waste for recycling. She also helped me blitz the contents of the driveway-facing coal shed where I have been clearing out the smallest plastic pots into big bagfuls  and loading a trailer full of other unwanted junk, all for recycling.

All tins of paint from the garden shed and elsewhere were gathered together into the newly vacated space, and the next job will be to redistribute garden stuff from the gazebo into the coal shed.

The thundery showers forecast from midday did not materialise but the temperatures have been rising this afternoon, so I will probably have more watering to do this evening unless it rains.

P.P. Arnold - A likely piece of work (1970)
Pat "PP" Arnold is getting a fair amount of exposure right now thanks to the recent publication of her memoir and a recent appearance at Glastonbury. This stomping 1970 single was written and produced by the legendary Jack Good.
