Doreen (Nanna D) with her eldest granddaughter and youngest great grandson (one of 7 great grandchildren) in the garden of her care home this afternoon.

Visiting her Nanna was the main reason for the family travelling down from Forres to stay with us this week. Plans were affected by the hot weather as she was planning to visit earlier in the week. Plans which were scuppered by the heat.

Tomorrow we’re all going to Tenterden for lunch, a visit to the station at Tenterden, a visit to various playgrounds for the young lad and a bit of window shopping. A plan which will, all being well, please everyone from 3 to 96.
