Early walk before work

Slightly cooler today so took the dogs to work.
They enjoyed their normal pre work walk but unfortunately I wasn't feeling great, started work but when my boss came in an hour and half later he immediately noticed I wasn't my normal self, and since we are not too busy in the hatchery at the moment he sent me home.
Spent the day dozing on the sofa intermittently watching the world championships
