Field of gold! (well brown)

Those who have followed me will recognise this photo.  This is an oilseed rape field with the tree in the middle.  Now the yellow flowers have gone, the bright colour has gone and the seed pods are close to being harvested.  Soon the field will be ploughed and reseeded with another crop ready for next year.  Will that be oilseed rape again or something else?
