Shape Tomorrow

Another lengthy day in front of the laptop. Later I rustled up a tagine for the four of us before settling down to watch highlights from the Tour.

This morning I saw some photos of Joe from the induction week in Costa Rica. Looks like he’s enjoying himself which is great but it reminded us of how far away he is!
