Determined Sunflower

To get this image of a sunflower in my garden, which I grew from seed, was not easy. I had to scramble through the other plants in the border, which are all soggy as it has been raining, and twist round on myself to take a shot. I thought that sunflowers moved their heads towards the sun throughout the day, this one gazes only in one direction and that is away from our house and into our neighbour’s garden! The view we have of it is in the extra and now that I look at it, perhaps it is looking towards the Campsie Hills and not my neighbour’s garden, that would make more sense as the view of the hills is rather nice.
