The Stottie meets the Sourdough

The Urban Green cafe is a new form of social enterprise. Another favourite is the Big River Bakery made famous recently by the Hairy Bikers. These are new discoveries and hopefully a source of some interesting systems and design thinking work. Capitalism needs a total rethink and we need to develop new and more innovative socially orientated business models.
