What am I?

Dull and overcast so a good day for window cleaning, handy living in a bungalow as the windows are easy  to reach. Mr PC does the harder to reach ones and I do the sills, but you know me I’m always on the lookout for a blip, so I stray for awhile as a bee on the echinacea caught my eye - blip sorted or so I thought - checking the pond plants I spot this furry little creature and I’ve tried to identify it -the nearest thing I found was a tussock moth caterpillar. Unless anyone knows better.
