Family

Spent the morning in bed crying, snuck out of the house and rang my sister for a heart-to-heart. Carried on crying on the phone to her for over an hour until I felt able to go home. Her daughter is 25 now and she went through all this when she left for university and has been through it again since she came back and stayed over the pandemic and then recently left again. It was very helpful talking to her.

I had a quiet day. Max made a lovely curry.
