Betty is 100

I had the huge pleasure of delivering a bouquet and card to this lovely lady on behalf of the Council. It was a glorious afternoon and warm enough to toast her 100 years outside with her immediate family, and Aberdeenshire's Lord Lieutenant, Sandy Manson. On days like this I love my job!
