Saturday: Thank You for the RAIN:-))

Woke up to gentle rain which continued all morning, you could almost hear the ground slurping it up in gratitude!
Our last rain was https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2991072900561243493 today's rain was a lifesaver ... reservoirs will be slowly filling up again, but we need a few more days of this …
Heavier rain this afternoon and evening.
I went out to take a couple of photos and the garden feels fresher already.
Red flowers on one of my pots of runner beans “Scarlet Emperor”, these plants are in their 4th Summer!
The trough of tomato plants and peas planted up on 7th July are doing well and will benefit from the rain so long as it doesn’t get to heavy or windy.
