We ventured east, to the formerly unfashionable suburb of Rosebery - an interesting mix of new apartments, some on the former Sweetacres factory site (Minties, Jaffas and Fantails) and 1910s/20s Californian bungalows.

I blame last night’s poddie, Betwixt the Sheet’s Sex and Shopping episode, for suggesting The Cannery as a destination. A shopping mall, even one in a former Rosella cannery, is still a shopping mall.

The apartments are in William Lane, Alexandria.

Oh. And we peered through the windows of a cat cafe.
