Happy memories of holidays in Bali. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays at the Rumah Bali B & B whose owner is the proprietor of the famous Bumbu Bali restaurant. We were fortunate to enlist for a day’s cookery class which involved getting up very early to visit the markets to select the ingredients for the day’s recipes. Later we feasted on the fruits of our labours and as it happened to be G’s birthday he was serenaded by staff and guests ! We were given their trademark black and white check aprons.
