Salmon Croquettes

Salmon croquettes with remoulade, corn on the cob, and boiled potatoes. Wine: Spier Seaward Stellenbosch Chenin Blanc 2021.

These croquettes are a favorite, and the remoulade was a very welcome addition. The wine paired beautifully.
