Old Gnarled Tree

I have had quite a social day, beginning with morning tea with the church ladies.  Then I had town jobs to do, and home for lunch.  

This afternoon I parked by the lake and walked into town.  More people to chat too, which is lovely.  The extra is of the workmen putting in foundations for new seating along the lake front.  One seat every 13 metres.  I will certainly make use of them.  

I forgot to say that it has been raining for most of the day.  Looks like another cloud inversion.  Quite warm, +6C.  More rain in the forecast.
