A sad sight!

This morning, we took the dogs for a walk along Fraserburgh beach. We more or less had the beach to ourselves so they got a bit of a runabout.
However, it was very saddening to see quite a number of dead birds on the sand, victims of avian flu I guess. A man told me that last night he had seen hundreds of dead birds on the beach. I hope he was exaggerating but ……
