White-tailed Bumblebee

It's hard to believe how hot Britain was just a week ago. Here in Northamptonshire it is cool and grey. You'd expect to see lots of pollinating insects about in July, but they need a sunny day for the nectar to gather. Here's a lone little White-tailed Bumblebee enjoying the Buddleia flowers.
