In other news. Tooth Hurty dentist appointment today. Tried to get it for 3pm, but there was no availability.

Another good gym session today. First time I have not felt totally shattered after 2.5 hours session followed by a walk home. Must be making progress.

Fund raising at £1,621.25. Sixteen days to go. Still time to donate :-)
