Apricot lemonade

...is the name of this cosmos. Not something I've made (has anyone, I wonder?), though it sounds flavorful. This one's in a container out on the deck and has struggled a bit in the heat, though today thankfully was unseasonably cool.

William thanks you all for the kind birthday wishes. His cake, a Texas sheet cake, was made on a large shallow pan. It's only an inch or so high and covered in rich chocolate frosting that's poured over the hot cake. Delicious. I'll ask Daniel to make another if anyone wants to stop by. :-)
