Do you remember the first time?

Well do you? The first time you got behind a steering wheel to learn to drive.
Well this learner on his scooter must have just been out on his machine for the first time today, as he was barely reaching 30 MPH in a 60 zone.
As you can see the conditions were fine, but he fairly was going far too slow, even for a learner. He was going so slow they I managed to take this picture on my iPhone and still be in total control of my car.
He surely has a long way to go to be a competent driver, and at these speeds it will take him a long time to get there.
