East Beach Café

Our new favourite lunch spot. East Beach Café in Littlehampton. (It's supposed to represent driftwood in case you are wondering). And Mother with the walker she only uses when I visit. I'm the only person who takes her out for a walk.

Also pleased to report I managed a morning swim with the Worthing Bluetits. Sea was wavy, I'm not used to waves, and a toasty 19°C
