Day 28, April 26th - Pork Pie

It's Friday, so that means one thing. Pork Pie day. As requested by my brother for him to try as he wants to know what my dad and uncle keep going on about. I made three types today - mini, small and midi. Here's the midi complete with egg centre.

One day I'll actually make these for me to eat!
