The Warehouse

Jon has taken the day off and wanted to finish off his new set up in the study.  There is one more bit of furniture he needs so off we went to IKEA, to get a slim bookshelf.  

That done, we stopped for lunch at a Japanese restaurant, where the wait staff were all Chinese.  It was so good to hear Mandarin again.  I was ashamed that I didn't remember all my numbers from 1-10 in Cantonese, I actually had to look it up :(.  It's only been a year!!!

I then managed to convince them to accompany me to Costco, as I wanted to get some supplies.  They were rather amusing in there as they made a beeline for the tech section ... and were impressed by the prices.

Got our shopping done and headed home.
