Picking up a few bits in Ikea today. No big store experience here, just a collection point for online orders. Boo. The only interesting bit was seeing a guy carry a huge box out to his tiny Smart car which already had a passenger in the only spare seat. The store always gives you your preordered purchases in a sealed box now, such a waste of cardboard. He opened the box, took out 3 tiny shelves and tried to fit them in the “boot” which was already filled with a medium sized lady’s handbag. Giving said item to the passenger, he just managed to squeeze in the purchases. I also enjoyed reading a story about a Tesla driver who ran out of juice nowhere near a charging point. He had to buy a portable petrol-fueled generator to charge it.
