Don't change yourself, embrace yourself

My sister is working on a project at the moment called Don't Change Yourself, Embrace Yourself. One of the aims was to get women of all ages to write something they don't like about themselves on a piece of paper and hold it up. Then write a positive aspect of this on another and take a photo of that too. The counterpoint to my flaw was that I always achieve my best work when I'm being super competitive with myself. Can be stressful but as Tina Fey says 'bitches get stuff done...'.
