I had a good sleep last night, but there was no lie in.

A bit of a funny day, my get up and go had gone.  Motivation was diddly squat.

Managed a good power ramble.  I was glad to get out.

Today I am thankful for:

2.  A delicious Welsh Onion Tart for tea
