Old haunts

Think this rather smart looking establishment round the back of the King's Theatre used to be Burlington Bertie's. It had the very best jukebox ever. But that was nearly 25 years ago when I first moved to Edinburgh and stayed nearby. Happy days. Ps. Love the old signs they have uncovered.

Lovely Friday off. Deluxe lazy morning, followed by a long walk and some shopping/people watching. Followed by a long stint outside at Summerhall with new and old faces, and pizza at home.

Mustn't forget Lupe Pintos in Tollcross. Haven't been there for ages but their homemade salsa and chips are amazing. Got spicy chorizo for making stew during the week.
